Win2000 joining the domain for Samba 2.1.0 prealpha

agh!  it's all very horrible.

i implemented samr_enum_domains.  now, it wants op code 0x23.  agh!  it's
trying to join the trust account to the domain, by checking to see if the
trust account already exists, then this, then that.

argh!
