Net send will not work for users

Hi,

We are using a Samba 2.0.3 for a PDC and have come across two problems:

1. Users cannot use the Net send command from their computers, they get
error 5, If I login as a users with administrator privileges, net send works
fine.
2. For some strange reason, PhotoShop 5 will only print if the user has
administrative privileges.
