This is a known bug in Windows.  The only true way 
around it that **always** works is to use a resource 
editor and disable the DOMAIN field in the mprserv.dll
Locate the dialog box (don;t remember exactly what 
number it is) and disable the field.  The field will 
still be set from the value in the registry but 
will be non-editable froma user's point of view at logon.
