WINS database format

You don't want to do this. WINS is dynamically populated, not statically;
although its function is vaguely similar to DNS, its use is not. All you
need to do is specify that your Samba box be a WINS server, and set each
client to use that machine as its WINS server; population of the table
will take place automatically.
