nt logon error

Hi Todd,
I had this one happen to me from 2.0.0 to 2.0.2 (it sucked). Is the only file I
need to preserve ./samba/private/MACHINE.SID ?
THis would be a good thing to include in the docs when PDC'ing becomes officially supported.
