NT Domain groups for permissions?

I have a samba CD-rom tower that's part of my NT Domain.  The PDC and BDCs
are running WinNT 4, and the CD-ROM is running RedHat Linux with samba
2.0.3-8.  I would like to restrict access so that only certain global or
local groups can access that CD.  Has this been implemented yet?  If so,
where should I read up on it?  Thanks,
