NT4 server & Samba logons..totally confused

Hi Larry,

I think the answer to the question is: " you don't". With samba acting as a
PDC you could have some NT workstations but you do not need an NT server at all
:-). In order to set up samba as a fully functional PDC you will want to set
domain logons = yes AND provide the people logging on with their roaming
profiles [profiles] and their home directories [homes].

It should be said that although PDC functionality is not "officially"
supported in 2.0.4b it does pretty much work, although I run 2.1 prealpha as my
PDC.

I don't know too much about RAS (and I want to keep it that way) so I can't
help much there.
