Error in user authentication

Try the following:

in smb.conf:
    include = smb.conf.%m

in smb.conf.oneofmymachines:
    invalid users = theuserwhoisnotvalidhere

And then (after SIGHUP, etc.) try to log in on the above machine with
the above user. Volia, it works! But why?
