smbpasswd segmentation fault in Jul2 CVS Code

I had this exact same problem.  The problem was that I was compiling on a
slightly different OS version than the machine I was running samba on(IRIX
6.3, 6.5.f).  If thats not it, you might want to try re-compiling.
