Patch for parse_samr.c:make_sam_info_1

 sorry the comment about there being an existing function 
was referning the the other fix i was working on
with the comment you made to getnumgroups() not the
patch i just sent the patch i sent goes beyond any
getnumgroups() type call in that it sync's the pointer
into the user file based upon the mask.
