Help with NT domain

jeremy, we're going to have to remove these parameters in 2_0beta5,
preferably by totally disabling \PIPE\NETLOGON, \PIPE\samr, \PIPE\lsarpc
so that people don't think, in a major release that is going to be around
for several months, that these are useable parameters.
