Telneting and ftping to PDC

Now that I think about it... I had a similar problem, where the solution
was a working reverse name lookup on the server side. The server we were
connecting to couldn't to a reverse name lookup on the client (for the
logs), therefore it would take a while before the connection processed,
but after that, it was fine.
