smbpasswd problems fixed

Folks,

Would those who are interested, please grab a new copy 
of the code and see if smbpasswd behaves better this time?
The 

	Domain password server not available.
	Can't setup password database vectors.

Should be fixed now.  Thanks.

PS:  Glad I didn't send this message out earlier.
This fix seems ok on a RedHat 6.0 system.
However, still have issues on my Solaris 2.6 box.
I'll keep working tomorrow.
