Group Mapping

I have a quick question about domain group map.  I have several unix
groups on a linux box running as a PDC, and I am wondering if I can map
mulitple unix groups to a single domain group using domain group map
(which I haven't used yet, and don't really understand).  Something such
as....

acct="Domain Users"
admin="Domain Users"
devel="Domain Users"

Has anyone tried/been successful with this?  Any tips or tricks?
