Default umask/file locking problem

Are the only files created located in the TEMP dir?  If so,

	create mode = 0666
	force create mode = 0666

will force all files created on the share to have rw-rw-rw.
Be careful though.  Another possibility would be to use the 
'force user' parameter.  This maybe a better option.
