[OT] Extracting SIDs and RIDs from NT server

Duh - not a good day for me.  This cold is really affecting my thinking.
Both global.exe and getsid_x86.exe are in that directory Jerry and I even
looked at that directory and saw getsid_x86.exe but totally missed
global.exe when you emailed me.  Sorry for cluttering the list folks.  I
should have searched a bit harder.
