UNIX PASSWD SYNC/changing password on NT workstation

user must be added to domain by admin.  first time, therefore, usrmgr.exe
rpcclient or net.exe is used to set user's password.

thereafter, user changes password from nt: plaintext unicode password is
encrypted with old password hash as key.
