Number of open files error

Hi,

we have the same message in our log on SCO OpenServe 5.0.5 with 2.0.3 and
2.0.5a for long but had no problems. It seems to be really 'Information
only'.

I habe the same error after updating from 2.04b to 2.05a on a Solaris
2.51-machine (sparc).

How can I solve it ? Urgent!!! (It's our primary file-server an there
are many of our people standing in the corridor...).
