I successfully configure & compile using OpenLDAP on
a Redhat 5.2, kernel 2.0.36 machine.

I rgrep'ed for these labels in /usr/include & find them to be
defined in resolv.h & arpa/nameser.h.
These include files & assoc. lib come with the bind-devel rpm.
