Change Password, multiple users

In my school we want to use Samba+Linux as NT server for Win95/98 clients. 

It's work fine but :
1) An user can't change his password from a windows machine. (Win95 say "Not good network password" but we can loggin with this password).

2) I don't know how I can write a script for register 300 users in Linux and samba.
