IIRC you can tell IE where to cache. So, set the IE cache to local HD
directory
and delete it on logon ... :)

For Example :

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User
Shell Folders]
"Cache"="%SystemDrive%\TEMP\%USERNAME%.cache" 

(was that User Shell Folders or UserShellFolders ??)
