Using remote announce w/ security=domain

In EACH subnet should be a WINS server. they will(should) sync browse
lists with each other. (though it can take up to 24-36 minutes to get a
full browse list, due to the design of the system. (browse list updates
happen roughly every 12 minutes, so syncing across multiple nets takes
longer)).
