Machine Account problem

Hello,

I get this message in logs:
[1999/04/13 08:34:28, 0] passdb/smbpassfile.c:trust_get_passwd(294)
  domain_client_validate: unable to read the machine account password for 
machine WOTAN in domain PRACOWNIA.

I use samba 2.0.3, WOTAN is my only one samba server and I have wotan$
account in /etc/passwd and smbpasswd. I tried with capital letters, but
this nothing changes (ofcourse I added wotan$ with smbpasswd -am).
