Help! Network NeighborHood Vanished

We have a mix of SP3 and SP4.  No unique problems with SP4 and our Samba
PDC yet.  CVS March 25, 1999.  We haven't been running SP4 for a long time
however.  Our PDC usually doesn't show up in Network Neighborhood anyways.
We us Start/Run \\PDC_NAME  and Samba always answers the call.
