Dependencies

Dear Samba developers/users,

FYI,
For the last couple days, it seems like there is a few missing dependencies
in the main line, so some of the object files were not correctly rebuilt,
causing smbd/nmbd to crash and/or work incorrectly. I have not narrow down
to any particular dependency, but in the mean time, a "make clean" after cvs
update solves a lot of problems.
