Help! Network NeighborHood Vanished

Errr, actually I just noticed that the other day... nothing seems to be going
on in nmb. Stop & restart, it's fine. The stupid thing is that par or truss
shows it still doing stuff. I saw this on 2.0.3 though my CVS PDC only does
domain logons.
