well, if you send urls i tend not to look at them, it's a pain (alt-f1 
lynx http://www. alt-f6 alt-f1 ^H^H^H^H foo.bar. alt-f6 alt-f1 baz.com/
... etc)

if you send it as inline text to one of the lists ntdom or tech, as long
as it's < 40,000 chars it'll get through and then lots of people will get
to see it and maybe even review it.
