Sorry, its not removed at all, I was thinking of something completely
different. That will teach me to only look in man page not the source code.

(gee, I carry on about how important it is to have the source available,
then don't look at it ! But seriously, the man page for smbpasswd is pretty
thin compared with what it can do now.)
