i've seen this a few times, when you reinstall NT on a machine. Even
though the machine had an earlier valid entry in smbpasswd, after a
reinstall, with the same name, ip etc, it cant join the samba domain,
unless you delete the entry and do a smbpasswd -a -m machinename again.
