Win95 Update & Samba ?

I hoped that this would help Win-95 to stop using LANMAN when
communicating to Samba & use NTLM instead. But since I installed it I
haven't been able to use the machine in the local domain. It seems to
work in workgroup thou.

Can anybody confirm this ? Samba is the newest CVS. Win95-OSR2

PS.
 Yes, I know how to add and remove machines from the Samba-domain so
that is not the problem.
