phil,

please could you verifiy that the username/domain under which you are
accessing the NT server has access rights to create a subkey under that
key.

if you do, then please could you put the debug log levels up to about 50
(i _think_ it's possible to specify -d 50 on the command line) and do -l
log-file and send me the output?
