I'm setting up a computer pool with NT4-SP4 machines these days and I
just noticed that SP4 implements NTLMv2 (enhancement of NTLM found up
to SP3). Anybody implementing it ?
I would like to see a option flag in smb.conf when you could select
the "lowest" protocol permitted. Someting like "force protocol =
lanman" or "force protocol = ntlm-v2" to enforce the enhancments of
LM-fix and thus hopoefully strengthen the security if you have a
NT-only computer pool like me.
Also is SMB-signing implemented in Samba ?
