Yes,  you just need to install "poledit" off the Windows 95 CD,  and use it to
create a pilicy file in the netlogon directory,  and point all the PC's to
update thier registry from that directory. Easy,  works great.  But set the
permision on the Config.pol file so only admins can read or write it.
