Ah, good thing I didn't just fix that as part of another
checkin. I knew it should have been 0x1000 (I spent a
happy couple of hours going though NT header files for
well known rids a couple of weeks ago, and discovered the
problem then) and it was on my list of things to fix when
I did the overhaul of the uid/gid <-> rid mapping code
in preparation for the acl support.

Good thing Luke's doing it instead, you can all shout
at him :-).
