Share files between W95 and samba as a PDC

[Samba Bugs]

Samba-1.9.18p3 does NOT support what you want. It may come in 1.9.19 but
do NOT hold your breath on it. Just for now, use only SHARE level access
control.

In short, we are still working on this but it is a lower priority than
other NTDOM related issues.
