Setting smb passwords?

I have replaced my 'passwd' programme with one that keeps the smbpasswd
uptodate at the same time. Its pretty crude but seems to work for me. I am
happy to make it available to anyone who wants it. Note : I do NOT use
shadow passwords and it has directory info 'hard wired' in, so you will
need to have a little play. Its written in C and is only a couple of pages
long.
