ntdom branch

The ntdom branch has been dead for a while (the main branch now has
the ntdom code), but its legacy still lives on in the tree because it
created directories that aren't in other branches. CVS can't tag
directories as belonging to a particular branch (in fact, CVS doesn't
tag directories at all) so these directories end up cluttering our
tree permanently.

I propose to forcibly remove these directories (and any contents) soon
using brute force on the repository. This means that anyone still
using CVS to access the ntdom branch will see things break badly. You
have been warned :)

I will take a backup of anything I delete, but it won't be available
via CVS.
