provide group/user list

hi ari,

this is something that will need to be addressed.  if you have access to
an NT server, it would be very helpful if you could generate an example
packet trace.

BRANCH_NTDOM at present has sufficient code in it to fool the win95 client
to allow "user level" security on shares, but insufficient to allow you to
view users / groups on a share.
