To manage local users on an NT machine (the one your on or a remote machine)
you can use User Manager for Domains and under User | Selecte Domain and
type in the machine name you wish to modify.

For Samba 2.0.0 Beta 3, on a machine joined to the domain, User Manager
GPF's if you select it.

Logs, tcpdump and smb.conf available upon request.
