TO DO Back & Updated

The To-Do list is back up at http://peng1.uindy.edu/samba/todo.html
There have been a few updates, and I'd appreciate if anyone who is familiar
with NT Server could check the list to see if it is a fairly complete list of
what needs to be done in order for Samba to be an NT Server equivalent.
