Really?? Do you think that's the way that mirrors work? :-)

Oh yeah... NT isn't optimized for speed... in fact if you have a roaming
profile of some (let's keep it down) 20 Mb, then it's wiser to delete
everything and put it back again... even if it's exactly the same (they
heard of timestamps, checksums, etc?).
Oh yeah... the Micro$oft way... let's get out and come on again. It's like
you said "NT just has to do it this way"! :-)

Just a thought... no pun intended... no flaming please...
