altro problema piu' o meno noto di vmware
c'e' una incomptabilita' tra vmware e nss-ldap
si risolve aggiornando nss-ldap (cosa non semplice dato che si incasina 
l'avvio)

per darti un'idea la versione di ubuntu dapper (238-1.1ubuntu1) da il problema
quella di debian etch (251-7.5) no
