in smb.conf parli di "/tmp" nel tuo test invece parli si
seva at montepulciano:~/tmp

sono, a meno che la $HOME di seva non sia "/", due cose ben differenti.
Ricordati inoltre che samba non scavalca i permessi del filesystem e la
directory /tmp normalmente ha i permessi 1777 e non 0777. Sticky bit settato.
