[Samba-it] Problema velocità strano..

Salve a tutti. 
Ho un problema strano su un server Samba che per ora dovrebbe fare solo
file-sharing in un ambiente totalmente Windows.
In pratica c'è un enorme differenza di velocità tra il trasferimento di
un file dalla macchina Linux a una Windows e viceversa.
In particolare: Linux   --> Windows = 10  Mb/s
                Windows --> Linux   = 0.1 Mb/s
All'inizio ho pensato che fosse la scheda di rete integrata sulla scheda
madre ( una Sis ) , ma l'ho sostituita con una Realtek senza risolvere.

Questo è il mio file smb.conf

La versione è la 2.2.8 compilata dai sorgenti con Gentoo.
