Samba Advocacy Howto

I am not able to find a "Samba Advocacy" HOWTO at:

 * http://www.tldp.org/

Given this, would it be appropriate for me to write one?

The methodology I would use to write it is:

 1. Consult with business groups in Australia (I'm an Australian) such
    as http://www.osv.org.au/

 2. Consult with my local LUG

 3. Consult with the two Australia peak Unix/Linux bodies (i.e. Linux
    Australia and The AUUG Inc)

It would be operating system agnostic as much as I could make it.

How does this sound?
