Samba & RH 8.0

Anyone who is familiar with this problem, I would appreciate some
direction. I've been trying to make my Red Hat 8.0 Samba box visible to
my Win98 box with no luck.  At times the box appears in the Network
Neighborhood but I can never access it. I had this working once upon a
time with Red Hat 6.2 but nothing I've tried seems to work with 8.0

I've tried various incarnations of parameters in smb.conf but here's my
current smb.conf file:
