    s4/test: Expand BindTest
    
    The test now binds with user at realm, domain\user, user dn, computer dn

    s4/test: Add bind.py to make test
    
    bind.py is a place to have tests for ldb binding with different credentials.
    For starter we have a simple bind with machine account.
