The branch, v3-5-test has been updated
       via  8f8c797... Update default with correct value. Add a note about Win7 behavior here. Jeremy. (cherry picked from commit fbf4923cad17b55bd7a647bf2300b28e23b8cdbb)
      from  15747ed... Fix bug #6939 - mangling method = hash breaks long filenames.
