Log:
Adding a buzz word complaint branch for clean up work.

The site has grown organically since I've been working
on it, and it seems time for some clean up work to tie
all the pieces back together nicely.  This will take
me some time, but by the end, I'd like to see:

1) New design
2) Consolidated files (CSS, JS, headers)
3) Better intgration with news.samba.org
4) All old news stuff moved to news.samba.org

I'm laying out the next 3-4 months to work on this,
so don't look for immediate changes.
