Log:
W0ot! rpcclient finally builds ! I now need to add in the sign+seal code 
for ntlmssp and schannel in rpc_client/cli_pipe.c and then I can valgrind
and test to my heart's content. Finally I need to add the NTLMSSP+SPNEGO
bind code to rpc_client/cli_pipe.c and ultimately look at the krb5 binds.
